I came in at 3:30pm it is now 3:59pm they said u have to wait 10 to 15min there is 3people here everyone is slow they are counting down money so they can leave on time, they are sooo slow
I never had any problems until I had them reorder checks. They checked the account for the correct home address while I was standing in front of them, but yet for some reason they still had our previous address put on the new checks. Then they charged me 40 for one box of checks with incorrect address, which overdrew my account then charged me another 35 for overdraft fee. I didn't even have overdraft on our account. When I went to try to get them to correct their mistakes they kept saying they put request in to credit account. I went to see Morgan three times about the problem, it was never fixed properly. Instead they just completely closed our account out and didn't even notify me or my husband. I'll never use or recommend them again. Very dissatisfied client.
