Wonderful service department and great people. I broke down over the weekend while traveling and had my truck towed in on Monday morning. Even though all the service bays were full Chad said he would work me in and at least diagnose the problem. I was certain it would take a day or two to get the parts and install them. To my surprise and delight they had the part needed and accomplished a several hour install by 3:00 pm. They also had a worker take me to and from the rv park where I was staying. If McKinsey Ford treats a customer that lives hundreds of miles away and is unlikely to ever need service there again like they treated me, I can only imagine how they treat their regulars!
