1 star only because a 0 isn't an option! Went in for a check up waited 40 minutes in a room, for the doctor or nurse don't know which one really to show up for 5 minutes look in one ear and mouth and reccommend over the counter medicine for cough. Didn't do any blood work, no vaccine. Medicine didn't help anything still coughing up a lung and feeling terrible and then got billed 160 because that visit was considered a level 3
My husband waited for 2.5 hours without being seen. He ended up walking out and getting his money back He made an online appointment that they didn't honor at all, and the nurses were picking and choosing who would be seen next based on personal bias. We will not be using them again.
