I arrived at 1:45 and took my number. I went to take the written CDL tests. I waited a little over two hours, and as my number came up at 4:15, they announced that they stop giving CDL tests at 3:30. If you stop giving the tests at 3:30, you should announce that at 3:30, not 45 minutes after. I understand you can't get everyone in, but don't waste even more time by not being prompt with announcements. I would recommend going anywhere else before going here if you have a choice. It may, and probably is, worth the extra distance to drive to a different testing facility.
Had everything required to renew my CDL even though I have already given them this information before. Arrived at 4:20 p.m. Finally my number was called at 4:45 p.m. A lady then told me I could not get my CDL because it requires 2 signatures from them and she was working alone. She said the other officer left at 4:45. I asked her to call him back to return for his signature and she said no because he lives in Lawton. But I thought you said he just left. And she said no we close at 4:45. So evidently, this is a normal occurrence, to leave work early because you live in Lawton. Beauracracy at it's finest, people! I would give them a negative star if I could. I guess I will try again and take into account the drive time to Lawton! So irritated!
it's a government office, so not the most efficient in the world, but you don't have to worry about spending a day there. You will usually get in and out in a couple of hours. Well that is if you have the right documents
