Asked for 3 rooms and they were all completely separate. Inside the rooms more than a couple bugs were found, one of which was within my bedding. The A.C. is under a window, which have large curtains draped over it. Turning on the A.C. does nothing to cool off the humid room because the curtains are in the way. It was either sleeping in a hot room or sleeping with the windows open .
Wouldn't recommend. Our whole softball team chose this place for pool. They said it was filled when we called ahead. Got there and it was empty. Supposed to fill next day and didn't. Room filthy with smoked cigarette butts under bed, dirty rag underneath as well as trash. Sink broke. Bedding filthy and had fresh stains. Holes in side of mattress and all over curtains. Towels were dirty. Found bed bugs all over curtains and a few in bed. Told front desk. They apologized and said they were constantly getting complaints about lack of cleanliness, but there was nothing she could do about it. Moved us to another room and found dirty rag and hand towels at sink and more bed bugs and feces in the room too. Needless to say, we left. Avoid rooms 234 and 241 for sure. I've included pics to show how nasty it was.

When I called to make a reservation, the person on the phone was hard to understand and sounded either drunk or tired. In the middle of the call, the line was disconnected. I called back, but no one answered. We went there anyway. The main entrance was locked. We knocked on the door and then on the office window ( We could see the gentleman through the window.). He didn't acknowledge us. We called the cops in case something was wrong. When the cops arrived and knocked on the window,the gentleman answered the door. He said he was asleep and didn't hear anything. We ended up going to a different hotel.
Really nice, clean rooms. Reasonable rates. Convenient parking, restaurant on property.
The non smoking room smelled of stale smoke. I asked for a room change and the front desk was nice about it but the new room had the same issue plus bugs. There were at least 5 visible bugs on the floor of the bathroom and probably more on the carpet too but the carpet is too dark to see them. Also throughout the property when you walk around there are dead hugs on the floor, outside your room on the sidewalk , outside the office, etc. I Ieft after seeing the bugs and found another place to stay at. The front desk person was very nice but the hotel has a bug and cleanliness problem.
